Details:
The Lion's Den in Scottsdale is over 8,000 square feet and features over 3,000 square feet of striking mat and grappling. There is also future talk of expansion into the space next door which is 5800sq ft.  It features a professional size boxing ring and also a competition octagon for MMA. The striking mat includes Muay Thai bags and other stand up equipment for members, as well as a full weight room and cardio room accessible 6 days a week. Coming soon will be a women's only condition class as well as women's self defense clinics. There is currently 3 Lion's Den open and 8 more to open within the next 12 months across the country.

Each trainer is chosen personally by Ken Shamrock to ensure the proper training of each member to suit their goals. Classes are set up to accommodate all ages and skill level which include entry level looking for a cardio work out to the Elite Team.
