Kim "Sugar Free" Couture, wife of legendary MMA Hall-of-Famer Randy Couture, will be facing a yet to be named opponent on Showtime's SHO MMA: Strikeforce Challengers series. The SHOWTIME series will air live on Friday, May 15 at 11 p.m. ET/PT (later on the West Coast).

Couture, who has world class Ray Sefo on her list of trainers, had her 1st Strikeforce fight against Lina Kvokov in November of 08. Couture had a TKO victory in that bout at the 1:44 mark after a series of punches and knee strikes.

The only other fight on the card to be confirmed so far is Billy Evangelista (9-0) vs. Mike Aina (11-6-1).
